What is Spotlight AI?
Spotlight AI is the AI assistant inside our studio and our client portal. It helps our team scope, quote, plan and draft faster, and lets clients check projects, invoices, files and approvals or request new work in Arabic, French or English.
What is IBBA?
IBBA stands for Intelligent Behavioral & Business Architecture. It is the layer we built around the AI model: it gives the AI each brand's Business DNA, goals and memory, splits work between specialist agents, checks every reply and makes sure a person approves anything that leaves the studio.
Does the AI send messages or invoices on its own?
No. Emails, WhatsApp and SMS messages, invoices, client notifications and meeting invites are queued for a team member to approve. Only the exact approved content is sent, once, and every action is logged.
Can the AI make mistakes?
Yes, like any AI. IBBA reduces the risk by checking replies for invented prices, made-up IDs, false claims and the wrong language before anyone sees them, and by keeping people in charge of strategy, taste and final decisions.
Who can see my company's information?
Our team, and the members of your own company in the client portal. Each client only ever sees their own company's data.
Which languages does Spotlight AI speak?
Arabic, Darija, French and English. Replies are checked against the language you wrote in.
