How do you price work?
Scope is broken into deliverables and complexity, priced on a Moroccan rate card, with 20% VAT added. You see the breakdown before approving.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. Management is a flat monthly fee so our advice is not biased towards spending more.
How fast can you start?
Usually within one to two weeks of an approved scope. Kickoff is largely automated, so briefs, plans and first drafts arrive quickly.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, routinely. Several of our results are published only as ranges because the exact figures are under NDA.
Which markets do you serve?
Morocco and MENA, plus Europe and the United States, in Arabic, Darija, French and English.
What if it is not working?
You get told before you notice it in your numbers, with a written plan to change course. After the initial period, retainers are month to month.
Do you work with competitors in the same category?
Not in the same city and category at the same time.
